THE STORY OF GRACE
Born from experience.
Grounded in a vision for flourishing.
GRACE began with a simple but important question: how can wellbeing become part of the way a school learns, leads and lives; not something added around the edges? The framework grew from a deep understanding of school life and a belief that every student, educator and family should have the opportunity to flourish. It brings contemporary wellbeing science together with practical curriculum, professional learning and whole-school support.GRACE turns that vision into a clear, connected approach to wellbeing, one that can be understood, taught and lived across classrooms, relationships and everyday school practice.

WHY GRACE WAS CREATED
Wellbeing belongs within the life of a school.
Schools are navigating increasingly complex wellbeing needs, growing demands on staff and a landscape of disconnected programs and competing priorities. Courtney created GRACE in response to a clear need: an evidence-informed approach that helps schools build wellbeing into their leadership, teaching, relationships and everyday practice. Rather than creating dependence on another external program, GRACE builds the knowledge, shared language and internal capability schools need to sustain wellbeing for themselves.
Not another initiative.
A framework for lasting cultural change.
