THE THREE-YEAR PARTNERSHIP
Building capability from within.
GRACE works alongside school leaders, staff and communities to build a shared, sustainable approach to wellbeing. Over three years, schools develop the knowledge, confidence and internal capability to embed wellbeing across leadership, learning, relationships and everyday school life.
WHY THREE YEARS?
Lasting change takes more than a launch.
GRACE is designed as an implementation journey, not a one-off professional learning event or a collection of resources. Across three years, schools build the knowledge, leadership, shared language and everyday practices needed for wellbeing to become part of their culture.
01
BUILD
Year One
Establish the foundations through leadership planning, staff professional learning and the introduction of the Foundation to Year 8 curriculum.
02
EMBED
Year Two
Strengthen implementation through coaching, continued staff development, family engagement and support to embed wellbeing across everyday school life.
03
SUSTAIN
Year Three
Evaluate progress, develop internal leadership and establish the systems and practices that allow the work to continue confidently over time.
Three years of partnership. A lasting culture of wellbeing.
ACROSS THE WHOLE SCHOOL
Wellbeing becomes part of how the whole school learns, leads and connects.
GRACE brings leaders, staff, students and families into a shared approach, building consistent language, stronger relationships and wellbeing practices that extend from whole school strategic planning through to classrooms and homes.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
More than curriculum. A supported pathway to implementation.
Each GRACE partnership brings together curriculum, professional learning, leadership development, coaching and community engagement. Support is tailored to each school’s context and designed to turn wellbeing knowledge into sustainable everyday practice.

Curriculum and resources
A sequenced Foundation to Year 8 curriculum with explicit, creative and practical learning experiences, teacher guidance and supporting resources.
Professional learning
A structured program of staff learning that develops shared wellbeing knowledge, language and confidence across the school.
Family and community engagement

FROM PARTNERSHIP TO PRACTICE
A supported journey,
shaped around your school.
Every school begins from a different place. GRACE works with leaders to understand the school’s context, priorities and existing wellbeing practices, then shapes an implementation pathway that supports meaningful and sustainable change.
